Objective

Build a reference ecosystem of what will be the digital kitchen, making available to cooking enthusiasts already using household appliances, innovative content and services from the food industry, distribution, personal services, publishing and digital tools.

About the <strong>projet </strong>

The OPEN FOOD SYSTEM project is a major research and development structuring project at the conjunction of several sectors of activity: the food industry, household appliances and digital content and services. The project is based on two programs: the OUR REVENUES 3.0 program, which aims to develop digital cooking solutions for the general public in an intelligent way (planning assistance, profiles, community exchanges, etc.) and the OPTICOOK program, which focuses on the development of new intelligent cooking appliances for professionals and the general public.
