About the <strong>project </strong>

The project partners wish to focus on fish species that may be poorly valued at certain times of the year. The innovation of the project involves the incorporation of pieces of seafood products and not flavors and the adaptation of the manufacturing process to the conditions of conservation of aquatic products.
