To secure its operations and improve fish welfare, Saumons de France, a subsidiary of the Aquaponic Management Project (AMP) group, has completely redesigned its farming cycle.
The key innovation: adding an onshore pre-growth stage near Isigny-sur-Mer in brackish water tanks. This intermediate phase allows for a smoother transition to the sea while avoiding fish exposure during the highest-risk summer periods.
