The 2026 calls for projects:
– Future Challenges CFP: supports research projects on themes of importance to the industry, contributing concretely to the improvement of resource and ecosystem management
FFP Funding: < €500,000
Project duration: < 5 years
– Immediate Challenges CFP: intended for fishing industry professionals to address specific issues through scientific or technical support
FFP Funding: < €50,000
Project duration: < 12 months
EMFAF Co-funding – SO 1.1 Scientist-Fisherman Partnerships: coordination with public funds on common themes between FFP and EMFAF. The objective is to provide beneficiaries with a private co-funding option that can cover all or part of the self-funding requirement.
– CFP in partnership with CESAB: Impacts of multiple pressures and their interactions on the biodiversity of marine ecosystems exploited by fishing in Europe (North-East Atlantic and Mediterranean)
